Launched in 1998, this was the first page dedicated to May Day on the web. The web site has an online art show, history of May Day, message board and links to events in Edmonton, across Canada, and around the world.
Under the Volcano is the only major Vancouver festival with a "by donation" pay-what-you-can philosophy, and is produced by 150 volunteers! Under the Volcano combines a festival of political arts with a conference made up of radical workshops and presentations. Working TV is primarily a labour show, focusing on union issues. The original intention of Working TV was to to counter the marginalization and censorship of labour by mainstream television broadcasters, with labour positive programming produced by working people, for working people.
